Today I test out the Nude By Nature Natural Mineral Cover Foundation in Medium. I have oily skin so I wore it for 10 hours to see how well it lasts and what I think …

This foundation looks amazing!
Only foundation I use. The more you apply the less time you have for wear, and I find the medium skin tone within 10 minutes of putting it on goes darker. But the light skin tone doesn't change at all BUT is a little more chalky! I love this product though. It definitely helps to put the finishing veil on top, it smooths it out even more on the skin and can look like you have 0 make up on and helps the wear! Also they have a really lovely illuminator that just adds a flow if you have dull skin and want a more duey complexion!
I LOVE MY NUDE BY NATURE!!!!
I've used this for 8 years and am a MUA. I set my liquid foundations with it when I do full glam or in its own for normal! You should buy the mineral veil to set it and you can use that to start with as well for a primer xx
Nude by Nature is fabulous. I use it all the time. I am a NBN baby. ???
anyone know if the fair shade of this is actually light enough for fair skin?
Crystal you are the most relatable youtuber for someone in Australia, I thought I would just let you know hahaha
Thank youuuuuuuuu for your makeup view and opinion π
You've inspired me to dig out my old favourite Bare Minerals foundation, thank you! I would say the directions normally show a tiny amount to be applied and buffed in. It looked as if you applied a lot however it looked pretty nonetheless.
What self tanner do u have on? I love the color it looks amazing, I'm trying to find one with the perfect undertone
I've used this and the bare minerals loose powder (would love to see a first impressions of you haven't already! I prefer this more) and I have to say I love how it looks! My skin always looks so flawless and smooth. If I'm looking for full coverage though I like to put on a light foundation/tinted moisturiser and concealer and then put a light layer of the powder on top. This way you get the coverage without feeling too heavy (:
I think it looks too much because you put a lot of bronzer? on your cheeks, I would go lighter on the bronzer ? otherwise looks great on you
Hi Crystal, love your vid! I use youngblood mineral powder as my foundation. Its full coverage and also give out a natural glow! I use it with the bronze brush by Marc Jacobs with no primer and it lasts cllllll day. If i sweat a little it actually melts into my skin. Its flawless and because its a mineral powder i NEVER have acne, breakouts etc. Its so much better for you skin than using liquid too. xx
U would get better coverage with one layer buffed in well instead of 2 layers thats y it gets cakey
No way π I'm actually shocked with the coverage power too π
Excellent review Crystal ??
I brought the pressed version in the last 40% off. In my opinion it's not as good as the loose version. Just in case anyone thought like me that it would be easier.
I usually put it on top of my foundation and it's flawless ??
Would this be good for dry skin ?
Years ago when I was in school this was everyone's holy grail, I used to use it to set my foundation and my makeup would last all day and night…
I think this would work even better and you perhaps use a lot less product if you used a smaller, more dense brush!
Thank you for this review. Could you test out how this foundation looks using different brushes. I wonder whether it might be worthwhile purchasing the brush or just using one i already have.
Thank you ???
i love you soooooo much crystal you are my fav youtuber
I wonder if you used the finishing veil if it would of reduced the amount of oil by the end of the night. I'm thinking of buying this but think I would buy the veil as well!
What about using concealers and correctors? Would you apply them before the powder foundation?
This is my go to it's so flawless
You have flawless skin!!
This is my faveeee
Love nude by nature. I've been wearing this mineral foundation for years and I love it, it looks great on my skin, gives me excellent coverage (I'm lucky I have pretty good skin anyway) & I much prefer it to liquid foundation. I only need to give it a quick touch up halfway thru the day, it's so easy to wear. I know it's not for everyone, but I love it!! I thought it looked amazing on you though. Try it for a few days or even a week if you can, I think you'll love it! Xx?β¨
Great video. I think mineral foundation powder is perfect for oily skin. I love it! !
Ooh I'll have to try this! I'm from Canada and my sister, from Australia, bought me a nude by nature kit last Christmas. I love it! Xoxo
Yayyyy!! I have been using this product for years! It was the only makeup product that wouldn't irritate my skin when i was suffering from acne. So happy to see this review!
I have found that using a silicon based primer and doing my under eye concealer first before applying this foundation makes a HUGE difference with the longevity and "cakeness" around the eye area. ??
I use a light layer of the mineral powder over bb cream as just a very minimal makeup day if I want to wear makeup but not heaps and it's nice but I find it wears off my nose and chin(but I struggle with that with most makeup)
I got the mini travel size version of this in one of those Nude by Nature sets last year and I was always scared to try it because I'm so used to liquid foundations, but after trying it a few weeks ago, I've been really impressed. I use it during the day when I'm in a hurry and only want a natural look, and I feel like it'll be great for the upcoming summer weather.
I tried Nude around the start of last year and really really loved it, however after a few weeks I noticed lots of really bad breakouts on my skin. Couldn't figure out why until I realised the only new thing I'd been using was the foundation! π Such a shame as it was an amazing coverage and finish
LOVE when you do first impressions, your so honest ??
I've been wondering about this and the bare minerals powder foundations. maybe I'll pick one up. so surprised it lasted. I feel like my oils will eat through powders cos it does the Double Wear. Matte is not in skin vocabulary. π
love your vido <3 what about you do a make up look and your husband does the voice over i love those
I've been using this foundation since I was 16 and just beginning to start a proper makeup collection. Whenever I wear it people tell me I'm glowing! I love how natural it looks too, so it's perfect to wear to work. I still do use concealer underneath for blemishes because I can't help myself, I just like extra coverage, and usually a mattifying primer! I typically reach for liquid foundations now, but this is great when I can't be bothered having a heavy face. I'm not the biggest fan of the shade range, as I can only find a shade that looks good when I have absolutely no fake tan on, and even then it still is a teeny but lighter than I would like. But I do really love the formula and finish of this one, and it's so great to see it finally being talked about on YouTube π great vid as always x
crystal you have to try the bareMinerals Matte Foundation !!! that one is awesome π you should do a review on that one
Wow iv never tried mineral powder but looks amazing, really natural wonder what would be like on dry skin…is it available in U.K. Do you know? Xx
It looked really nice on you! Thanks for the review as always! π
I'm so happy this worked for you! I actually picked one up myself during the big Priceline sale as I know I used it years ago but couldn't remember how I liked it, but unfortunately I found it clung to dry patches – ones that I didn't even know I had ? I'll keep trying with it though because it looks sooo beautiful on you! Great video ?
Perfect timing . I've been wondering if this is good have been trying to find reviews for the last couple days . Thanks so much for this review xx
