Hi Wayne thanks for this great video. I just purchased this foundation today and was wondering what would be the optimum way to apply it. I'm surprised to hear you say you're the color latte though! I'm half East Indian half white and I picked latte for myself based on their color chart. Hope it's not too light on me!
I'm must be REALLY OLD. I had no idea men wear makeup. i don't have any problem with it. but I'm mostly surprised that I'm so far behind the popular culture curve. i do think it's great that men can accent and highlight their features. it's sinking in now, and it's great!
I am surprised, the foundation look blotchy and patchy. I am not convinced with mineral make. Any suggestions?

Mens faces are not the same as women's btw. My opinion. Skin is different.
also, why would you need powder over powder? NEVER explained? If i just put mineral makeup (powder) over my face,,,why put another powder? doesnt make sense I have also seen others say a tighter kubuki is used for full coverage in sweeping motions (she looked good) and she wasnt swirling? She said that only if you want light coverage do you use a fluffier kubuki in swirling.
Im totally confused by your videos? I have seen you say ABSOLUTELY NOT to use brushes with powder? But you use them here? I am waiting for someone to be consistent when it comes to powder – specifically loose powder mineral makeup? Do you swirl or do you swipe? UGH. Too frustraing. I hate the cakey look or where powder sets into tiny hairs on face? I have seen two videos where you use brushes..even go as far as saying it is the tip of century – one tip of century – NEVER use a brush with powder, and then one that says put powder over moisteizer then put liquid on? When I do that it looks awful btw.
He kinda looks like Scarlett Johansson :-/

I have a stick concealer for my face but it's not great under my eyes, I'm waiting on a maybelline Fit me! doefoot concealer I ordered for under my eyes since it is one of the beauty bloggers' I follow holy grail product, temptalia or makeupgeek, the latter I think. Yay! I'm excited, thank you so much for the tutorial, just (seriously) getting into make up at 20 hehe.

As someone with oily Polynesian skin, between primer and applying my J. I. mineral foundation, I use blotting film till I pick up all the oil. I also like her concealers because they are very believable and not creasing . This is a buildable foundation with no bismuth like Bare Esscentuals. It does not itch, and it does have sunscreen. I have used all the drugstore and department store brands but I have not found such a nice natural buildable range of shades.
